Hey all , Is it possible to book a medical exam from one of the CIC approved medical center's even before a getting medical request ? or should we wait for the medical request and then book an appointment?

Sent the Application yesterday , received today... Also got the SMS confirming that the mail room has received the Application !

If your wife only has given (first name) names , put all the given names in the family(last name) name field and leave the given name field blank or type NA.

Hi All, Me and my spouse usually talk over Skype rather than the regular phone call . I was wondering if the screenshots showing the duration of the call ( skype to skype ) would work as one of the proof of conversation?
