Thanks @laxsun , I wanted to contact LVO and not NDVO. I getting tired of waiting, no update after PCC was submitted. IRCC call center ques's are always full. I have been trying to contact IRCC for over a month now with no luck. A web inquiry was sent, no response to that either :(

is there a way to call LVO directly to inquire about your application? They don't seem to reply to emails.

We received Pre arrival services letter on October 26th, 2021. Still awaiting DM2. Medical passed on November 8th, 2021.

Last update we got from LVO was on Nov 26th. Were asked to submit PCC and updated Forms again.

I got a similar email from LVO. I was surprised as well but decided to submit it via email to them anyways. Mine was a bit weird, I was asked to upload the forms in My cic account, after a few days got a similar email form LVO asking us to submit forms and PCC via email.
