You have a decent profile although most good unis require B+ average for last 2 years which is 82.5%. Maybe taking GRE will help you

Depends on your course. Have you done GRE? Isn't that a requirement?

I mean if you take extra classes from University of Toronto and get A's then that might help you but if you do a PGD program from a no-name college that gives out As for free (and I attend one so trust me they do), then that may not help you

None exist that I would recommend to anyone. Try going for University of Calgary or University of Alberta

Cornestoga is okay, not great but not bad either. Atleast, it is a public DLI college.

Not too sure. It would really depend on a lot of factors. Transfer requirements may have different to normal requirements. Could be higher or lower, I'm not too sure. Also, the program you are trying to get into will be a factor. For example engineering will require higher grades than say...
