Ang makakapagpalit lang ng date sa form ay ang CIC. Pag nagrelease sila ng new version (new version = new date). Ang date sa form ay based sa version at hindi sa kung kelan ka nag-fill up.

Go here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp The dates of the forms are there. Makikita mo sa form na ginamit mo ang date sa pinakababa ng form. Sa IMM 1344 pala ako nagpalit, new version is now March 2016.

Just a question, what's your basis in this statement? There are cases when the applicant is no longer in a certain country and it's totally impossible for him to get a PCC unless he'll go back to that country again - which is expensive and difficult for some people due to visa issues...

I assume it depends on the volume of applications per VO, how big is that VO (number of employees), and issues involved in each application that might consume more time to process (high rate of frauds).

For Philippines, it's down to 13 months now!

Did anyone posted about the processing times on CIC site recently? We are now down to 13months from the 17months processing time! AMAZING! I know na madaming natatapos in less than a year pero it's a big help na even ang CIC ni-reduced na ang maximum processing time and it's even country...
