Omg!!! I just heard from someone who immigrated to Canada from the phlippines that you can bribe the CEM officer to speed up your process!!

I've heard the same thing about the visa office in Ghana. All I heard was that some guy paid $5,000 to a Ghanian worker at the embassy, and he got a TRV.

Yes I did end of February.... There was a correspondence from about two emails then silence. End of April I emailed them again and they answered we didn't get your email. So I resent it again.so let's see if it works out this time.
