APRIL 2016 - OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANTS

Very good point! This is really what confuses me why some seems to be in a "panic" mode, where in fact, some December2015 applicants doesn't finish yet. I guess, calling the call center and requesting for GCMS notes, won't really have a big effect since like what you've said call center agents...

I agree with the answers of alok4best! Let me share my experience (landed July 2015): 1. I want the best internet so my friend recommended Rogers. I went with Rogers and I don't have any regrets. 2. I have my own phone too so I took a monthly plan which doesn't have a contract (meaning: I...

    where to send application (outland)?

There is a different address to send your application. It depends if you're sending it by mail or by courier. I suggest, better start reading the application guide and country specific guide to have a clear idea.

APRIL 2016 - OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANTS

MAY 2016 - OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANTS

That's the big question! Some applicants finish way earlier than those applicants who applied few months ahead of them. Read the April2016 thread. It's confusing that some of them doesn't have Sponsorship Approval yet but we are getting AOR1 already.

MAY 2016 - OUTLAND SPOUSAL APPLICANTS

It is normal. It doesn't mean as well that those who got AOR1 will be the first to finish too. You can even check April 2016 applicants and some of them are still waiting. It seems that CIC doesn't have an "order" when processing applications.
