I have had requested them to seal the originals too, but they didn't. They said, they only seal the photocopies. So I am sending the sealed photocopies and HEC Verified original marks sheets. Is it OK?

I did graduation from Punjab University and they issue transcripts in sealed envelope, and I am sending that. However, I contacted Peshawar university and they told that they don't issue transcripts.

This is what I am going to add in last section of letter: I am also attaching the Higher Education Commission verified original DMCs.

Manzoor, thanks for you reply. I talked to one of my friends who actually an assistant to a lawer in court, he told me that these are Oath Commissioners who attest the documents. Please advise.
