thanks for the detailed answer. It is in the checklist but the Your Travels forms is missing in the Appendix A. I managed to find it on the internet. I was a bit confused whether it's required or not because it was missing in appendix.

I am not sure, but what you can do is to send the document without any further delay and mention your Reference number too. Seniors please comment.

Yes, I did checked this but there is no Appendix A with the checklist. That's why I and some of other folks are confused about it. There are some other things in Checklist which are not required for Skill Workers, this is because we are unsure if YOUR TRAVELS is required for this class. Saim

Thanks for the reply. But how about the four pictures of each family member. 1. Do I need to gum one picture of each member in the space provided on Application Form and attach other 3s with the application in a sealed envelope? 2. Or attached all 4s with the application in sealed envelop...

Although CHC asked for Notarized Copies of educational docs but, it is good if you can get them verified from concerned authorities (HEC/IBCC/Foreign Office if you are from Pakistan) and then Notarized them. This is what I did. Seniors please comment.

Hi All, Is there any need to give explanation about the spouse maiden and after marriage name? On academic certificates it's her maiden name and in application and other docs it after marriage name. I have mentioned her maiden name in Other Names though. Thanks Saim
