UREGENT PLEASE: Full Docs: A few questions

Salam All,

I am from Pakistan, and my Visa Office is London.

Sorry for the long post. But this may be helpful to others, that's why I compiled all questions in one post.

You can answer any of the point you know about. It's urgent please.

I am about to send my full documents in next couple of days Insha'Allah. I have some queries which I want you guys to shed some light on before I dispatch the full docs package.

1. My Nikah was held 6 months before my wedding ceremony. I mentioned my wedding ceremony date on the application form. Now I am changing it to my Nikah date, since this is when it was registered according to Nikah Nama. Should I need to attach some explanation about this change?

2. Passing year of one of my class was wrong (1996 instead of 1995). Now I am correcting it. Explanation for this required?

3. I and my wife have just issued our birth certificates. Whould they be acceptable? And they have asked for the Original birth certificate.

4. They asked for the Original Nikah Nama. It's in Urdu and I have had it translated it in english, attested by Sec. Uninon Cousile and Aministrator, and then from foriegn office. Should I stil need to send original Nikah Nama (the Urdu version) or it notarized copy along with translated one would be enough?

5. I have had my educational certificates verfied from HEC and related Boards both originals and photocopies. Since they have asked for the Notarized copies:
a. would sending HEC/Board verified photocopies strengthen the case - if yes then still I need to get these copies Notarized or
b. should I send the Notarized copies only

6. My father is Hafiz-e-Quran (one who memorize the Quran). In some of my educational certificates, his name bearing the title Hafiz and on other not. Does it make any difference? Do I need send any explanation?

7. Work Experience: What does Employment Contract actually mean. Our company usually issues Appointment Letter upon hiring a new employee which states the Employee name, Job Title, total salary, joining date, allowed leaves etc, but nothing about the Roles & Responsibilities. Would it be OK as Employment Contract? They also get all employees sign an NDA (Non Disclosure Agreement). Should this be attached too?

8. Settlement Funds: There have been many discussions on it . I have the required amount in my account. Around CAD 17000 were required, which I deposited in my account in three transactions i.e. CAD 7000 (deposited around 90 days back), 3000 (30 days back), and 7000 (2 days back). Most of the people here talking about 3/6 months bank statement. I also heard that initially they only ask for the proof of available fund, so the Balance Certificate from the bank with account start date and other required info would be enough for this stage. And we can send bank statement once CHC ask for it most probably when they ask for Medicals. So the question is sending Balance Certificate is enough for now or should we send the Bank Statement for 3/6 months?

9. Fee Payment: I already have paid the Application Processing. What should I do in #13 of Checklist? Should I tick the checkbox? Or need to send any explanation?

Dear Saim

Do one thing they are not gonna eat you up if you provide explanation for your actions Rather if you read guide carefully you may find written EXPLANATION for your every action.

Look you have to make understand a person who never knew you about your whole history. What if you are in his shoes? Would it be easy to understand if you explain everthing.

So go ahead and write explanation for every action (just make sure you are not lieing) and you shall be safe.

As far sending originals are concerned i have myself sent everything atleast educational in original my degrees certificates etc if they dont nee dthese they shjall return you

For POF just send the present statement and Certification lettr

Yes send Original Nikah Nama URDU get translation in english and get that Notarized means Notary public, translator and Oath comissioner ke stamp lagwao

Then get a letter from translator in which he says that i took oath before a Comissioner of Oath that i have translated such documents for mr and mrs this and they are tryue translations sign and stamp from him and OComissioner

You should also send a copy of the 120 days letter u got. If the fees are paid already it is mentioned in that letter from CIO with receipt number.
