Hamsafar, thanks for your suggestion. I have sent them a note explaining the reason and the tentative date the docs will reach LVO. The good part is I have sent the docs today and DHL told me that the docs will reach LVO on Nov 17, which is the last day of 30 days period. Thanks again. Saim.
