hey all , i have a question. i applied in 1122 and noc reached so i am not that hopfull about my app reaching the cap even though it was there before they decalred cap full. i am also eligible in one more code of 1233, but i could send docs as they were not with me as full, i just has one doc...

i agree it could be the popolation card, but i assume that even from london as well as other middle east or us vo most of the application will be by indians. and it also points towards the population as they are everywhere and the are in plenty. lol

well i understand that cic wont make pools for every vo. they havnt mentioned that they will pick a number of app from every vo. many countries share one vo how about them. if this thing is in practice then i am sure these people will feel cheated.

i hope all those who docs were there before the cap full date will hear good news.

i believe PCC is valid for canada - 3 months only, means when ur app reach them it should not be older than 3months. Other members pls correct if wrong.

u can, u have the transcripts but not the degree, so in my opinion u need to have a letter from uni stating that u have passed and ur convocation is on that date u can not have the degree before that. but do u have enough points otherwise needed to apply for.
