its only the assumption that they are processing apps with dates around 8th july. i am sure the CAP hasnt reached in mid july otherwise theu wouldnt be updating cic till 10th of august. but all these things are wild guesses nuthin sure till they publish some reliable data..

Yeah, I do think that they are keeping the line open just incase they want to replace rejected CC payments applications. May be last year when they closed the cap many applications were sent back due to CC payment problems. So it might be possible to keep the cap open.

BD applicants will taken as it is coz their fees is surely with CIC, but CC payment is not sure, so my guess is that the cap is full but they are just checking the CC thing in case payments not secured then those applications will be sent back and BD ones will be through.

my courier thru DHL is not moving beyond Cincinati... wth ... anyone has any idea if DHL move its service on sunday.. Its the only hope i will make it to cap if it reaches on Monday.. Well i am still hopeful. :-X

this is really cruel that cic is not updating their web page, i am sure somewhat that the cap is full or they will publish for once and all. but anyhow i am looking fwd for site update. still miles to go before i rest.. best wishes ;)

dear all, one more question. if one person could put it in two cats.. would you suggest him to apply in two cats or should with one and then wait and watch. and if the cap is reached would they enter applicants details in the system or they will check for completeness and send it back to apply...

all i am getting after reading this forum is that if you sent it in the first three week then only assume u r in. even the cic site is not updated. either they got all the apps or they will update it once and all. :(

if yopu go exam like sap they wont check ur visa status, all they check is your identity from you your passport. so you can go for the exam.
