I used CC not BD. When I called my bank, they told me that it was still a floating transaction. btw I applied on my own. How about you? was it already encashed?

I just got a confirmation from my bank that my BD was encashed on 8th sept.
I took me 10 days to find the detail. I am so relaxed.

It would have given me hopes as my application also reached on 14th July - but I received back my application with the draft yesterday.

My consultant has an office in Canada so they received the mail and couriered the docs back.

Now does this mean that the CIC is targeting the applications NOT on FIFO? But actually looking to see if the applicant is better than other applicants?

Wondering.....

My consultant has an office in Canada so they received the mail and couriered the docs back.

I am rally sorry to hear that.
I have no clue how they are doing it.
there are so many people who are commenting on their application returned and on the contrary there are few people who have people whose bd are encashed I am really confused on their way of working.

so they dont follow the first come first served basis..sorry for doubting..but this is what the feedbacks are telling us.. #justsaying.. but anyway..lets hope for the best godspeed.

I request all of you whose application reached before the cap got filled o keep hope until and unless you get a official confirmation.
And i am sorry for those who got the official confirmation of rejection.

this will be ****ing awesome if i get through the cap and make it to canada... i hope things will be fine for us too.

What is the reason CIO gave to you?. Cap reached?
