Yes I received MR +RPRF request by ordinary post. In KSA, I got it one month after they sent.

hi For Saudi PCC has to be sent in the later stages when CHC send us the request form. it is clearly mentioned in the website. Send PCC for other countries except Saudi and they will send the forms later alongwith the medicals
