Congratulations Dude. I found Lufthansa is the cheapest from Kuwait to Toronto. Not sure about Saskatoon. If you have lot of items then you can send it using containers (ask shipping companies in KSA). You can also tell the airline during booking time itself you want to carry additional luggage, they will allow you to do that by paying something extra. It will be reasonable, not a lot like what you pay in the airport.

it depends on when you sent your PP to london for visa stamping . usually after DM it takes in avg 10 days to get your PP back .
