Judging by the tracking spreadsheets on this forum, seems CPP-Ottawa is taking about 7-9 months. March/April 2012 applicants are getting PPR now.

Applicants through CPP-Ottawa appear to take about 7-9 months, according to tracking spreadsheets on this forum, even though CIC website says 12 months. Check the April 2012 applicants thread....many are getting PPR now.

No one? Asked differently, does visitor status expire with passport expiration? Or does it continue with new passport?

Once residency requirements are met for citizenship, what is the typical processing time to receive citizenship (for a U.S. case like the example above) after application sent?
