How long is it taking CPP-Ottawa to issue COPR after PPR items sent to them via email?

We recieved the PPR request today (please update the CCP-O spreadsheet). How long does it typically take for COPR to arrive once scanned passport is sent to CPP-O?

Thanks for sharing. Interesting that they did not ask for more pictures, which is something they do sometimes. Maybe for U.S. they don't need it.

Thanks. So what did they request exactly? Scanned passport, some more pictures, etc.? Maybe you can cut and paste the contents of their e-mail (obviously removing your personal info first!).

The July or CPP-O tracking spreadsheets notwithstanding, has any U.S. outland PR applicant that applied via CPP-Ottawa received PPR request yet?

I'm thinking it's the opposite. Wanting signature for denial since they want a record of when to start the 30 day clock to leave Canada.

Just make sure to ask for an "administrative rejection" at U.S. border to ensure future entry to U.S. is not impacted.

Congrats and thanks for sharing. Hopefully what they processed at U.S. border was an "administrative rejection". That would not have any future impact on entry to U.S. Some people ask for that form to be processed by name to ensue no confusion.

Agree. You should remain "in status" at all times. In your case, this means spending $75 to apply for an extension. Doesn't matter if you hear back from them or not, you will have implied status as long as you send the application before your visitor status expires. Just keep a copy of the...

True for most of world, except outland U.S. cases, which go to Ottawa for stage 2 (at least until PPR).

For outland July applicants from U.S. processed by CPP-O, my personal estimate is PPR request in January or February 2013. Then month or two for PR card to arrive. (Based on some spreadsheets.)

Good spreadsheet. Looks like Ottawa takes about 4 months, give or take, after sponsor approval, to issue PPR.
