Yes you are right. It is better to get the help of a Quebec immigration consultant as per my advise. i do not know which nationality you belong to, but if you are Indian, I have a best agency who does this job well. But doesn't matter...you can find yourself. you meet the points and therefore...

Mps office can just do nothing. Only they have the right to call cic if the processing time has overlapped. Or if they are seriously interested to help you, they can ask them to reconsider if the file was rejected as it happened in my case. More than that, you can expect nothing.

CIC is not smart enough....all LMIAs get invitation....so sad and frustrating looking at this all the time....they just dont want to drop down the score for some reason..may be LMIA will draw them money who knows..otherwise no reason for this....most people above 400 are ideal candidates...but...

hi, ur masters was how many years course in India! mine was degree 3 + masters 2=5 years, but they gave me equivalency only to bachelors, lost 15 points. why its so!!

Actually it depends on the number of years. Thats how WES evaluates. i dont know if its same with other companies. If you have three year degree and three year masters, then you fall under the Canadian masters category. all together if it was only 5 years, then it will be equivalent to canadian...

Thank you guys. I do have masters, but unfortunately our masters is only equivalent to a Canadian degree bcz of the number of years. Its sad bcz loosing almost 15 points there.... hope the score will drop by next year...or end of December.

There is no more way to improve the score....i think CIC doesnt want to bring down the score....i am living in india not in Canada. So if anyone got an employer who was generous in LMIA process, please share the details of the employer or company.
