Draws are usually announced at 12 noon EST. it's just 10:40am so fingers crossed

There hasn´t been an update in the CIC Ministerial Instructions page, and it is usually done at 12:00 UTC.

Theyre at under half of their overall quota, so no, they haven't filled it already.

It seems like they like to do 2 draws a month. If they do one this week, that will be 2 draws this month. and if they do one next week, they can still manage 2 draws. I have stopped looking at the ministerial page altogether hah!

There were only a few draws that were done early in the day. Most of them were done on Friday night around 10-11 ET. Really hoping for a draw no matter what the cut off is. If there is no draw then points will go up even more. 7 weeks are left in 2015, I wonder how many draws will take place if any.

Maybe the new round of invitations will be held Wednesdays at 1PM or Mondays at 10 AM, who knows...

...plus we can discount the last 3 weeks of the year for Christmas holidays. So make that 5 weeks..
