My assumption that score hover around 470-480 again this time as well, CIC waiting for more days (3 weeks if it happens this week) for next draw lead suspicious that they awaiting for more applicants between that score to meet at least 1500 applicants... Im sitting at 449

I agree. I think we should all be mentally prepared for a high CRS cutoff this time around.

I feel you, friend. Your score is so close and yet so far. Have you looked at ways to get it even a few points higher? Have you maxed out your language and work experience transferability skills? I'm pretty sure you have. But if there's any way to max out your points, I would really suggest you do so (within legally and practically available means, of course ;D).

Unlikely there will be any radical changes, atleast immediately. The first draw by the new govt will be interesting though. I suspect it will be business as usual for the time being with draws being in their normal range of 450+.

I second this. The cutoff might be a bit higher this time but largely due to the accumulation/increase in the pool (provided they don't increase the selection population). Otherwise, business as usual.
