Why don't you check the WES Canada website and use their free assessment tool to get a rough idea.
If you did 2 years M.Sc. after the 3 years B.Sc. then you'll receive the equivalency as Bachelor's in Canada. Else, if it is the 5 years integrated course, then the result differs based on your university. Only WES can answer you that. It might either be Machelor's or Bachelor's degree in Canada.

If you have three year degree and three year masters, then you fall under the Canadian masters category. all together if it was only 5 years, then it will be equivalent to canadian bachelors. in my case, i had my bachelors 3 years and MSW 2 years, but they granted only bachelors status, where i lost pretty much 15 points which is a lot in the grid. i dont know much about IT, but all together if it was a six year program you will fall under the masters category bcz in canada masters is a 6 year program, i mean both bachelors and masters. hope it helps
