Thanks for your response - sorry it took me a while to respond. E-cas is "in process" and "medicals received". It has been like that for a while - roughly since June with meds done in May. We've heard nothing from them since.

We are still waiting. No word from Vienna. If anybody has experience with Vienna, please share. How long are the medical results valid? A year?

Hi, Does anybody have a sense why some LVOs ask for passports along with medical requests, and in some LVOs this is a separate process? My mom had her medicals done mid May and no news yet on further steps. ECAS says "medicals received" and "in process". Thanks for any suggestions...

I am not sure how many conclusions can be drawn from the Ecas information regarding "in process" vs "app received". Even if it only says "app received" they may still be working on it. Ours switched to "in process" a few weeks after meds were done (and "meds received") showed up on Ecas. So far...

I cannot log in either. They seem to have issues.
