I am working on IMM 5604 and the related notary now. Just got reply from chinese notary that they won't sign and stamp on the form. Instead they are willing to witness the signing and make a notary for the signing. Does that work? Anyone experienced that, appreciated.

Never experienced anything like that. I am guessing if you mistakenly cross the box of IMM 5604 on page 5 of the IMM 5533？

I understand that the police certificate will not be needed till they request for it, but they encourage us to work on it first. I have done it with other notary now, should I enclose it with the application or wait for them to request for it? Appreciated.

We are applying for spouse sponsorship. For my son from my previous marriage, we have a notary of declaration same to the IMM5604. My question is if it is necessary to sign IMM5604 again? If we submit the application without IMM5604, can we submit it later after we get his legal father signed it?

Need that information to fill my sponsorship application. Should I just fill in the YP-AP (two digit) as the date I got my citizenship card? Appreciated.
