I applied in Nov 2013, still waiting for my nomination. I called AINP last week and I was told that the 13 - 15 months is the LEAST amount of time my application may take to process......meaning it could be more than 13 - 15 months. I am putting all my hopes in EE now. *sigh*

Your representative will receive everything. Your representative should notify you once them get any communication from AINP. On a side note, someone I know got their nomination yesterday. I don't know his file # but he applied around November 28th last year and he works in the hotel industry...

Yes, you can apply for BOWP when you get an AOR, but the AOR needed for the BOWP is from CIC. This is after you have received your nomination and applied for your PR. You cannot use your AOR from AINP to get a work permit. Hope that helps!
