Alberta Nomination process confusion

Hello All
Can someone explain me how the whole process looks like.
What is the processing time? (the time given on Alberta website is just for nomination or whole process, together with PR)
How long does it really take.
Do I have to pay any fees when sending application for nominee.(not for PR)

Pleas give me some info.

I have already applied under CEC program but I am thinking about AINP as my CEC application might be returned due to wrong description of duties in reference letter.
As the Express Entry starts soon there will be probably bigger possibility to get invitation to apply if you are nominated by the province.

Please give me some tips.

Processing times are only for nomination. So for you it would be 2016. I know It's ridiculous.

14 months for Ainp nomination and 17 months for CIC pr processing. Total 2.5 years.

Just one more question....

On a check list I found that a copy of Employment confirmation letter as well as copy of job description is required.
Can my manager use just one letter to confirm my employment and give all details for job description? Is there any specific format he has to use?

Please give me some advaice
