For those who are still waiting for nomination and meet the requirements to apply under CEC... do it! Don't wait and do it now. It's still not clear how that 'express entry' is going to work. Remember that you can apply to as many programs as you want and, if you are a skilled worker, you should be earning enough money to pay for a couple of applications. Maybe you'll loose $550 (considering that you apply to CIC with 2 different programs), but you'll get the permanent residence which is worth more than those $550.

Thanks for positing it. So in Express entry do we need to have 1 year min exp to apply Like CEC ?

There are till now no criteria mentioned about whether you are tied to your employer / province or experience required. What CIC is saying is that, you have to make an online express entry profile and 'qualified' people will be invited to apply for PR through express entry. Now, what some of the immigration lawyers I know are saying is, 'qualified' means, skilled people who currently have a full-time skilled job or who have a future full-time job contract.

She ask me couple of question of my present job then she ask me about previous job in alberta then she ask me about my T4 and ask me why my income is so low and in that question i got confused i should havr told her that this is only for 8 m onth but i told her i dont know and thats where i was scared......but she is an angle she approved my nomination however in panicked i fax them i documents without asking ......but everything is ok now
