In this case, it is mandatory for your spouse and child to get the medicals done. I believe the reason behind this is at some point your spouse and child will come to Canada and should not be a drain on Canadian health system.

Thank you. I actually said to no this answer because when I selected yes, the application was asking for job offer letter which basically is not there. I selected currently working in Canada and it just asks for the job verification letter.

Hello All, I have question too. I am currently working in Canada. While filing up the application after invitation, in one section it asks if you have a valid job offer? I selected yes and mentioned that there is no LMIA for this job. Is it correct? Or should I just say no offer? Cheers,

Hi, I am also in same situation. I applied under EE because the old CEC is taking long time. I am September 2014 CEC applicant and got invite for EE yesterday. I chose yes for any previous application.

Got the invite. Strange that my profile still shows no invitation at this point of time but I have the invite. Cheers
