1. (1) For the purposes of paragraph 10.2(1)(b) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, the number of invitations that may be issued during the period beginning on January 13, 2016 and ending on January 14, 2016 is 1,518.

(2) Foreign nationals who, on January 13, 2016 at 12:59:27 UTC, have been assigned a total of 453 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014 and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.

Check this link. 453 was the cut off. 1518 received ITA.

Yeah, but I'm seeing August's applicants receive MR after 17 months so the final approval will be longer, I don't know how much.

Looks like CIC is working on CEC applicants but not too fast

seems like even people who have already got their PR card are receiving RPRF requests... Looks like it might be a system error, has anyone contacted CIC regarding this?
