All inland application are usually sent to Ottawa ..so even u put New Delhi most likely it they will transfer to Ottawa .

Meesha , The 16 month is the maximum processing time . it will not take that long .they usual say that so people don't bug them all the time about application status . btw did ya get 16 month timing email too ?

well i sent them one email long time ago ..but they never replied to me. i seen many cases where no status update and they received ppr .i also seen cases where they got there PP back but ecas still shows in process. so don't worry. Ecas Status doesn't mean much i believe.

Any Luck Julie ? i stopped trying now ...i called the call center many times all they said was its too early for the status update..and i was like its been more than 5 months now .lol

Dont worry about Medical status man i did mine back in july ..mine still say application received in may . but that doesn't really matter! Look forward to PPR

Brebu- .yes it is PNP. hopefully it will be processed soon . i will also email them after 120 days and see what they say. i was wonder if someone have already email them after their 120 days ?

naah Ottawa actually make the decision and Detroit only paste the visa on behalf of Ottawa .

Sohil- well i called cic call center they said they don't have any info on that as they cannot access Ottawa 's file. i email Ottawa as well but they never replied as usual. Brebu - i know man but in my cases i cant even log into the website . the only way i can check status is cic call center...

Hey man ...i am also a May 2012 Applicant and i did my medical back in July and still there is no update .my application just say application received .But i saw in many cases People receive PPR without any status update. so dont worry! Cheers
