they will return your application with all forms as-is. same thing happened to me. you need to re submit your application then. they will not send AOR if DOB is having issues at all.

AOR looks to be taking too much time. my bank draft encashed 3 week ago and yet not AOR. i am worried.

So when you apply from home country , does it need to have "reference letter from its canadian company" and also what happens to reference if CIC would like to call them.

Hi , I have seen many posts explaining explanation letter and supporting documents in case employer's reference letter is not available. I am really anxious of submitting without it and would like to know if anyone has got PR or positive acceptance by CIC without the reference letter.

is there any time limit as to apply for open work permit once you get your file number. e.g. my work permit expires on Sep 2nd -2013 so i should have PR file number ready 4 months in advance ?
