Congrats for your AIP, Allydx!! But I think Allydx is not February applicant. Look up the spreadsheet. She was listed very top in January applicants. It means CIC is surely working on all applications even if good news are coming not in chronological order!

I put the same date as signature date. And you might see the Validation Error Window says that To Date must be greater than today's date. This bothered me when I printed out the form days later I completed because the date is no longer greater. If you will print it out right away, never mind...

I recommend you to check the Document Checklist for your region if you apply Outland. If it's Inland, IMM5406 is only for applicant.

That happened to me when I filled out. I typed '(Indicated on additional sheet)' in the fields on form and wrote all the information on additional sheet. Make sure the additional sheet you make includes the name of form and the questions you write about.
