I am confused as to whether my sponsor who is my spouse also has to complete an IMM5406. I believe it is only myself, the applicant. Can someone confirm please. Thanks!

I recommend you to check the Document Checklist for your region if you apply Outland. If it's Inland, IMM5406 is only for applicant.

Your sponsor doesn't need to fill it out.
