Generic application Q. 10 Current country of residence dates

For the current country of residence, should the person I am sponsoring leave the 'To' part blank since she is currently living in that country?

From what i have read on this forum , most people recommend the date when you send in you're application .

I put the same date as signature date. And you might see the Validation Error Window says that To Date must be greater than today's date. This bothered me when I printed out the form days later I completed because the date is no longer greater. If you will print it out right away, never mind what I said.
