Agreed CIC this time can be a bit more retrospect than last year to chek the authencity of ECA and other documents just to make work of CHC more simpler.....but then what about applicants who have sent ther documents bit late ( by MAY end) who are worried they might have lost in on cap limit...

Besides ECA rule was introduced on April 18th 2013......and the window opened on May 4th.....that makes me feel that this time caps gonna get filled up slighter later than that in 2011

Yes , last time window opened on June 1st 2011 and the first set of numbers came up on June 26th 2011......approx. 26 days after the window opened. So hopefully today could be the day the updates can be seen (not sure still) Last time it took approximately 35 days for the most preferred NOC...

Based on my understanding n after reading comments in this forum...initially CIC simply accepts applications, and after few days the evaluation for completness begins...as for last time the window for FSW opened on July 1st 2011. CIC accepted applications and the first set of complete...
