See your point but not sure about that. I think the only way they can update the cap is if they know how many applications are complete. They can only know this if they charge the CCs. Members of the forum including yourself submitted CCs in the ALL the first 4 days.islandbabe said:

Do you think NOC 2134 has already reached the CAP? Hope my application got there on time
I have a friend who wants to apply for same NOC (2134) but she has not yet started processing on anything... like WES, IELTS etc...
i dont want to discourage her, but her consultant didn't advise her on anything, she doesn't have any idea on CAP.. she relies on what her consultant tells her.
I told her to read this forum and CIC website, just to give her some idea.
