Not sure what stage I am in?

That is something we can’t tell you either. Each application will go through the process differently so it’s not fair to yourself to compare yourself with others. Just sit tight and wait. You may hear tomorrow or you may hear in 5 months, no one knows except for the officer handling your file.

Not sure what stage I am in?

What information do you want to hear from them? You need to let this process play out and it will play out the way it’s supposed to. Patience, patience, patience.

    *******MARCH 2019 OUTLAND SPOUSAL SLONSORSHIP*****

If you are a Canadian citizen, there isn’t any restriction. If you’re a PR, I’ve heard that a couple of weeks max of travel is acceptable because the PR needs to make sure they still meet their residency obligation and a PR cannot apply for sponsorship while being outside of Canada so you don’t...

Is medical passed the same as medical recieved ?

You need to stop asking if PPR is next after every step you do. I answered that question for you in another one of your many posts where you keep asking the same question. The answer will NOT change. Here’s a repost of the answer and the thread where you can find that answer: “As someone...

    ***OCTOBER 2018 OUTLAND SPOUSAL SPONSORSHIP***

Can anyone who has had BGC in process from the very beginning confirm that this is true? Have you checked gcms notes or perhaps received ppr?

    Is my timeline fast?

As someone pointed out to you in a different thread, outland is fast at the beginning. There are many who applied before you that are still waiting. You need to go through PA eligibility, security and criminality checks first before PPR. No one can tell you how long that will take on your file...

Changing employers while app is in process?

When I had a change in salary, I called and asked if they need to know. The agent told me they only want to know if you change employers. So, I would call and let them know.:)

How to get biometrics done from Inside Canada?

There are currently no VACs in Canada to complete biometrics which is why applicants who apply inland are currently exempt from this requirement. So, if you’re saying you applied inland, then you don’t need to worry about it.

What happens after AIP? American citizen in Canada

Congrats! You’ll get the appointment within a few weeks. I guess it depends how busy the Calgary office is. When you do get the appointment though, it’ll be at the Harry Hays Building. When you’re done the appointment, you can go downstairs to Service Canada and apply for a SIN right away...

Processing times from Canadian Immigration approval to everything complete in Accra

Totalt processing time for 80% of the applications is 12 months. I’m assuming you were approved as a sponsor and file was transferred; those are 2 steps that are part of the process. Accra will request medical and biometrics, check for eligibility of the PA and request for a background check...

November 2018 Outland Applicants (Spousal Sponsorship)

I’m assuming this is showing up on the sponsor side. Don’t worry, it happens. I got my SA and eCAS never updated until 2 weeks later that they sent me a letter about the decision and it was a different date.

**SYDNEY, NOVA SCOTIA CPC* - Outland Spousal Applications

There are currently no VACs in Canada to complete biometrics which is why applicants who apply inland are currently exempt from this requirement but since you applied outland, PA must leave Canada to complete them. You can go to the nearest VAC in the US given that she can enter there legally...
