You need to stop asking if PPR is next after every step you do. I answered that question for you in another one of your many posts where you keep asking the same question. The answer will NOT change. Here’s a repost of the answer and the thread where you can find that answer:
“As someone pointed out to you in a different thread, outland is fast at the beginning. There are many who applied before you that are still waiting. You need to go through PA eligibility, security and criminality checks first before PPR. No one can tell you how long that will take on your file and just because someone you know was done fast, doesn’t mean yours will. Just be patient and hope for the best.”
