You need to stop asking if PPR is next after every step you do. I answered that question for you in another one of your many posts where you keep asking the same question. The answer will NOT change. Here’s a repost of the answer and the thread where you can find that answer:

You need to go through PA eligibility, security and criminality checks first before PPR. You have a long way to go. We applied Outland as well , and it was fast in the beginning ..... then there is complete silence. We are at 8 months in and it has been months of silence. Patience is the key . Good luck and Stay patient
