    Yes..there are high chances that they will reject the application. They will ask you to get a positive LMO for further processing. If you have chance to wait for 2 more months, then it would be safe!

    If your first work permit is approved based on LMO application, then all the subsequent extensions should have a positive LMO for your work permit to be approved. If you have come here through ICT, then there is no need of LMO approval.

    I think they check if you have worked 1 year full time with the current employer in the last 3 years. If this is your condition, then you should be ok, else you need to get a positive LMO to apply for a work permit and this process is taking too much of time now a days. Hope it helps!

    PR application is in IN PROCESS state from last month and the application is not through the Arranged Employment option. My LMO approval is in Ontario? Somewhere I read that if your PR application is in process, then the LMO is not required. Anybody have any info about this please?
