Applying for Work Permit under Intra COmpany Transfer(ICT)

Hi I want to apply for Intra Company Transfer to work in Canada. But I am not fulfilling one of the condition of "1 year service" with current employer. But Previously I had worked with the same employer for 2 years in contineous.
My current employement is also under "re-hired" as from my past employement with the same company.

Can this previous experience be considered during my application for Work Permit for Canada?

Please provide me feedback if I am eligibble or not eligible with reasons or your experiences.

I think they check if you have worked 1 year full time with the current employer in the last 3 years. If this is your condition, then you should be ok, else you need to get a positive LMO to apply for a work permit and this process is taking too much of time now a days.

Do you know whether this is strictly 1 year? I am applying with 10 months in the company. Do you think they can reject it?

If they clearly state one full year, that is what they want. May be safer to wait and apply in two months when you have that year.

Yes..there are high chances that they will reject the application. They will ask you to get a positive LMO for further processing. If you have chance to wait for 2 more months, then it would be safe!
