    Don't know about now but back then, tests were only supposed to be given inside of Canada. That was the rule.

    I can but not worth the hassle. I have to quarantine for 2 weeks in Canada and then back in India for 2 weeks. It will cost me atleast $2500 with the airlines and quarantine fees. Plus in the pandemic times, it's not best to travel frequently for the greater good...so ...

    thanks, i have made the correction. was looking at 3 months and not 3 weeks...but yeah, i was thinking if the TRV does not get approved in 3 months, I can initiate the outland sponsorship process.

    I have submitted a request under 'access to information' act to get more details on what is holding IRCC back and if they have any plans on citizenship test resumption. I would suggest everyone to file their own queries using this channel. it costs $5.
