Sister looking to immigrate with a 1 year old child

Hi all,

I am a PR and soon to be a citizen. My mother is an Indian citizen who has a Canadian tourist visa and her PR application is in process since 2019. My sister who is 29 years old and an Indian citizen would like to immigrate to Canada with her 1-year-old child. Her husband won't be joining her for now. She has 4 years of IT experience as a Software Manual tester. What are her best avenues to immigrate? She has Bachelors's level of education. She is yet to give the language test but when we use the CRS calculator, her express entry score with maximum IELTS score comes to be around 450...we will try our best to see that she score maximum in IELTS but we also want to consider other routes.

We are considering 3 PR programs:
-PNP
-Express entry
-Atlantic Immigration pilot

Other than above, we are also considering the other routes through work permit:
-Student visa
-Global talent stream

Her score is low for EE ITA. Has she had her degree assessed? AIPP requires a job offer. PNP an option if she has a job offer and enough points for the provincial program. GTS is an option if she has a job offer and LMIA.

Don’t know if will fall that low for a FSW but all the best. She will lose points once she turns 30.

That's unrealistic. She should look at other options.
