@gladaki, frankly the time lines that I have observed in last few years for CEC have been 12 to 15 months people who are extremely lucky get their MR at the 6 month timeline and thier PR Process completes in some 9 months . major set of people get the MR in 9 to 10 month timeline and their PR...

Reapplying frankly is the best option , but have a look at ur GCMS notes before u reapply so that u excatly know whats gone wrong

its always a good idea to aply for GCMS , it gives you a detail line by line notes on how your file was processed , try and see if you still have an option to apply one
