    Fee for criminal rehabilitation

Hi all If I include a IMM1444 - Application for criminal rehabilitation for INFORMATION ONLY, do I pay any fees? I am not asking for rehabilitation application, rather I am just providing some info regarding my police check as 'no live trace', indicating I have been arrested but it was all...

    skype's call details copy

Can you not go in to the phone call details on the phone and take a screenshot of the entire screen? Hold down the home button and press the power button quick. The screen will flash. Does this help?

Proof of relationship VERSUS spouse-partner questionnaire

Hi all Quick one. The spouse-sponsor questionnaire asks about how we met, how our relationship developed, marriage engagement and honeymoon info, and how we stayed in contact......but then the checklist IMM3901e asks to include proof of relationship. How are these any different? We haven't...

    question of form:Application to sponsor..(IMM1344)

I would like to interject here. I agree that it would seem a waste of time on the face of it but you have a decision to make. Looking at the accompanying guide, it states: If you fit that criteria, you might get through but it would be a 'skin of your teeth' situation and it's a lot of money...

Statutory declaration - template or individual letters?

Hi I found the following form: xxx .cpj.ca/sites/default/files/docs/stdec_3rd.pdf I thought this could be good for everybody to do it as quick as possible or would individual letters by each person have better weight/more convincing it wasn't set up by me or the sponsor? Thank you.

IMM3901E - detailing my travels if not stamped in my passport?!

Ah good. So I am the only one that wasted his time, then! I agree with you on the applying outland to not restrict our travels. We love to travel so it'd be a shame to be stuck in one country for 2 years (but what a beautiful country!!! just no sea beaches or all-inclusive resorts... ;)) Best...

IMM3901E - detailing my travels if not stamped in my passport?!

It was also soul-enriching remembering all my travels, was it not for you, too? Humbling :) Anyway - did you know you didn't need to do it as you're not applying through Paris? Or are you? Did you know this and sent it anyway?

IMM3901E - detailing my travels if not stamped in my passport?!

I had a good look around the documentation (obviously not good enough) and I figured there was nothing I could do to escape it so I rolled my sleeves up, put on one of those mega-long music mixes on YouTube and just got to work sifting through my Facebook, digging up comments on photos, and old...

IMM3901E - detailing my travels if not stamped in my passport?!

As the title says. I am from the UK, and if we travel within Europe we don't get stamped. I did a whole bunch of travelling on a work contract during a 6 week period and cannot recall the details whatsoever. Detailing travel info for modern people that travel MINIMUM once a year is incredibly...

Feeling overwhelmed with all the small Qs before starting spouse PR app

    1. Does the medical result 1-year count down start as soon as I get the results or as soon as I submit them? (I am also assuming the count down doesn't freeze when I submit the application like the police check..?) 2. Does every document that I submit need to be notarized? E.G. copy of passport...

Applying for PR while on a temporary work permit (Working hol)

No. The IEC initiative is one seperate year at a time. Work permits can be extended but not these ones. I posted a URL on this topic regarding where in the IEC FAQ it explains it.

Applying for PR while on a temporary work permit (Working hol)

How about this: I stay in Canada and apply as outland. Is there any way I can continue working after my IEC open work permit expires in January? Is my only option to do the IEC again for 2015 or can I apply for a work permit to keep me working and living in Canada while that is processed?

Applying for PR while on a temporary work permit (Working hol)

Through a 'blessing' read to us by my best friend and 'best man' in a 'marriage-like' ceremony.

Applying for PR while on a temporary work permit (Working hol)

Basically, don't bother, then. If it takes 11 months for the first stage to be completed before they start looking at the work permit app then I would already not be working for about 6 months before they even start looking at it, making the permit pointless as I'd have to start from the...

Applying for PR while on a temporary work permit (Working hol)

Hi So this is gonna be a long one, but I'll try and break it down in to chunks. Setting: I am in Canada from England on a temp work permit (working holiday initiative) that expires January 2015 I am working in a fantastic security job in a career I don't want to risk disrupting by having to...

Open work permit from IEC for 1 year - when does that year start?

Thank you. So here's the second thing. I have been living in Canada as a visitor but now in order to get the permit I would have to leave Canada. No problem. BUT because this then means the clock is ticking for my 1 year allowance...should I or can I be able to seek employment (interview, etc)...
