Hi

I found the following form: xxx .cpj.ca/sites/default/files/docs/stdec_3rd.pdf

I thought this could be good for everybody to do it as quick as possible or would individual letters by each person have better weight/more convincing it wasn't set up by me or the sponsor?

Thank you.

Hi

No one should be using form letters. Letters should be personalized and individual, the words of the person who has written it.

Do they need to sign it or can they send it as an email?

If it's a Stat Dec, then the person needs to sign it in the presence of the notary and you must submit that original.

If it's simply a letter of support, then it can be emailed.
