I will need to apply for the extension of my stay in October... But don't know whether to start the process or not. Do they realize that longer they issue CoPR, more work they will get (visa extension)?

I am slightly shocked with the timelines. Is the process of supervisa for parents much more complicated and longer that regular TRV?

I got a request for passport on 26-Aug-2020 Sent it to Ottawa the same day Got my passport back on 10-Sep-2020 without CoPR or anything else. When I reached Ottawa by phone, I was told that they had put me in queue for virtual landing. I was trying to get approximate dates or time of waiting...

If you have linked your application, just send them an email with your case number or UCI. Or use the webform to let them know about that typo. Just make sure they receive your message where you say that it was a typo

How to reach them? Their menu of automatic replies is insane. What should I choose in order to talk to the proper agent? I tried 2-3-2-0, but the person said that we had chosen the wrong option on the menu. Want to know what's going on with my passport, CoPR and PR card. I am slightly concerned...

What country do you choose as yours when trying to check ecas? Sometimes choosing USSR instead of Russia, Latvia etc works ;)

I came here on my TRV while my outland application was in process. Once I got a letter-request for passport, there were two addresses where to send the passport - Warsaw or Ottawa. I think there is no such a thing as changing outland to inland, as the outland application is already processed...

If I get a letter of Confirmed PR (even though without a card itself yet), no need for extension. Just waiting for any updates till October (then - if no news, will apply for the extension)

Applied outland but came to Canada in May. Got a request for passport and sent it to Ottawa. Today the package was delivered to Ottawa. I'm on TRV now but the visa record is till November. Should I be worried about the extension of my stay and start preparing docs for that soon or now no need...
