I think I made a big mistake (october 2019 spousal sponsorship)

My application involves an arranged marriage that happened in Aug 2019 in Afghanistan(we started contacting each other in January) , I believe our marriage was arranged, but in my application that I sent in October, I put "no" for arranged marriage. Now that it's September and 6 months has passed from the passed medical exam, I'm having huge doubts and getting anxiety attacks . Is there anyway I can ammend this idiotic mistake of mine? We went through 2 ceremonies.... one was a small engagement ceremony and the other was a larger wedding ceremony where 400 of our family members attended. We sent pictures of those in our application as well.

What is it you want to amend? Changing "no" to "yes" on the arranged marriage question, or leaving the marriage altogether during the application process?

If you have linked your application, just send them an email with your case number or UCI. Or use the webform to let them know about that typo. Just make sure they receive your message where you say that it was a typo

That's right, I'm thinking of changing from no to yes. My idea of arrange marriage at the time was very strict and formal, with absolutely no contact beforehand, and because of this I selected no. We did have conversation between family and set up the marriage well before that, but we didnt have alone time before the engagement took place (due to religious and cultural reasons). Therefore now that I'm reflecting it does seem to be "arranged" to how CIC defines it. That's why I'm stuck on what to do.

Do you think they would accept that easily? It was a poor judgment on my part since the perception in my mind wasn't as formal as I thought. I'm not sure if this is a big deal or not.
