I side with canuck78. It was stated the applicant attached a doc stating "She got a letter from work saying she will have her job after studies". She is already doing what she aspire to do. So as far as the VO is concerned any upgrade in Canada can wait.

Your case is nearing 13 week, maybe you can send cic a case specific message after the thirteenth week. just to know where your application has reached.
