I got accepted into Brock university on the 22nd of March for a program that was to begin on the 4th of July I immediately started filling out all necessary documents , even went for my medicals , on the 29th of March 2017 I submitted all my documents . I got a mail on the 8th of May from the embassy that I should pay my full tuition $25,000 and deposit $10,000 in a Canadian account in my name before they can continue processing my documents. Trust me I got working on it immediately trust Nigerian banks to delay you . I was able to send proof of payment on the 29th of May ...I am here just waiting anxiously .should I expect a reply soon ? Cause my resumption date is around the corner

The posted processing time for study permits for your country is 13 weeks. However it's entirely possible for processing to take shorter or longer than the estimated processing time. Unfortunately there's not much you can do but wait and hope for the best.
Did you attach a bank statement, also does BrockU requires you pay upfront tuition?
Yes I submitted a bank statement with over 42 million naira I don't know how much it is in dollars and no I wasn't required by Brock to pay my tuition in full once
I got an email today from immigration saying my study permit has been approved thank you for your support
No it was a paper application ... pls do you know how many days after the email of approval would it take for my passports and supporting documents to arrive
I applied here in Nigeria but since we don't have an embassy here my documents were sent to Ghana...so yes I applied through Ghana
I am optimistic you will receive it before the end of this month or latest by early July.....Happy for you

My passport was dispatched 1 week after it was approved....Pray the send your passport on time and also make sure you go ahead and book your flight and pack your luggages....All the best Nwanne
