I am among those cases and even though l requested 1 year ago for my case to be transferred to Vancouver I believe they didn't do it. So far after a long wait I got the test invite on Oct 12 which I passed and 1 week later, my passport scanned was requested.

Did you guys were asked about PASSPORT scanned?

I guess I am lucky because after passing the test last week I received the email requesting my passport information which I'll be sending next week due to translation.

I am paying to a translator for some stamps from Costa Rica and they offered me to do the whole compressed 5mb by sending the rest of my pages for 40cad. Do you mind asking if you are a regular PR process or protected person ?
