Is the 5MB file size to send passports via email to IRCC per file or entire email ?

I just found my passport and I have many stamps from Costa Rica and Guatemala in Spanish. Almost 4 pages should I translate to English and if YES any place in VANCOUVER?

I feel like they are trolling! What happens at 5 MB! I try and try and try to make my file smaller but the smallest I got is 5.7! My passport is 60 pages. It was 40 MB at first. I can’t extract any page or anything. I used Adobe compressor highest setting. Then I had no choice to use two different free apps which didn’t work much. And who knows my passport info might be now in hands of malicious people. Thanks IRCC lol! Thank you that after two years instead of sending me my oath invite, making me send my empty pages of my passport! I was already eligible to be citizen two years ago hellooo! Why would anyone even request something like this??? I did my citizenship test in the beginning of July! JULY! After months of wait, instead of a decision made, a funny request! Asking for my empty passport lol! Why don’t you get that info from Border Services or whatever?? What will change if I travelled since I sent my application??? I was already eligible!! God the whole thing is the funniest thing ever. Will never forget these. Never!

I guess I am lucky because after passing the test last week I received the email requesting my passport information which I'll be sending next week due to translation.

Let's assume you have two passports during your period so you will attach two seperates files and each file size should be with in 5MB. Although I read that some offices are flexible with regards to file size.

Hi, when I was sent passport copy request, I received no instructions regarding file size, name etc. I sent 18 pdf attachments total 9 MB in one email, and no confirmation that it was received or not. Does the number of attachments matter? I'm worried now.
